Please follow these instructions carefully to preserve quality and avoid overcooking seafood.

SEAFOOD MAC ATTACK

Microwave: Heat for 1 minute or until warm. Do not overcook shrimp.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a baking sheet and heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not overcook seafood.

FULL COMBO

Microwave: Remove shrimp before heating. Microwave for 1 minute or until warm, then return shrimp and heat for an additional 30 seconds.


Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a baking sheet and heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not overcook seafood.

LIL BOSS

Microwave: Remove shrimp and lobster before heating. Microwave for 1 minute or until warm, then return shrimp and lobster and heat for 30 seconds.


Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pan in oven and heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not overcook seafood.

JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE

Microwave: Heat for 1 minute or until warm.


Conventional Oven: Set oven to broil. Place cake on a baking sheet and heat for 1–3 minutes. Watch closely to avoid burning.

BIG BOSS JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE PLATTER

Microwave: Remove shrimp. Heat platter for 1 minute, then return shrimp and microwave an additional 30 seconds.


Conventional Oven: Set oven to broil. Place all items on a baking sheet and heat for 1–3 minutes. Monitor closely to prevent burning.

CAJUN GARLIC SHRIMP

Microwave: Remove shrimp. Heat sides for 1 minute or until warm, then return shrimp and microwave for 30 seconds.


Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all items on a baking sheet and heat for 1–3 minutes. Avoid overcooking.

Red Pepper Garlic Lemon Butter – Full Combo

Microwave: Remove shrimp. Pour sauce over food and heat for 1 minute. Add shrimp back and heat for 30 seconds. (Sauce may also be heated separately.)

Honey Garlic Jerk – Full Combo

Microwave: Remove shrimp. Pour sauce over food and heat for 1 minute. Add shrimp back and heat for 30 seconds. (Sauce may also be heated separately.)


Conventional Oven: Same as above.

1/2 Dozen Buss Down Blues – XL Males / LG Males

Microwave: ❌ Not recommended.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crab pan in oven and heat for 3–5 minutes.

1 Dozen Buss Down Blues – XL / Large

Microwave: βŒ Not recommended.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crab pan in oven and heat for 3–5 minutes.

1 Dozen Whole Steamed MD Blue Crab Males

Microwave: βŒ Not recommended.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crabs on a baking sheet and heat for 3–5 minutes.


Stovetop STEAM (Preferred): Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place crabs in a steamer basket over boiling water for 2–4 minutes or until heated through. MAKE SURE WATER IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH TO REACH CRABS!

Boss Party Pan 

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Remove shrimp from the pan.

  3. Place pan with snow crab legs in oven for 3–5 minutes (do not overcook).

  4. Add shrimp back and heat for 2 more minutes.

  5. Heat sides separately for 6–8 minutes.

Crab-Stuffed Salmon

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Uncover pan and add 1 tablespoon of water to each side.

  3. Cover tightly and heat for 4–6 minutes.

  4. Uncover and return to oven for 4 additional minutes.

Crab-Stuffed Lobster Pan

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Uncover pan and add 1 tablespoon of water to each side.

  3. Cover tightly and heat for 2–4 minutes.

  4. Uncover and return to oven for 3 additional minutes.

Shrimp Pans – Garlic / Red Pepper / Honey Garlic Jerk

Microwave: Remove shrimp from aluminum pan. Transfer to microwave-safe dish and heat for 3–4 minutes. Do not overcook.


Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place entire pan in oven and heat for 3–5 minutes.
