We now ship **Nationally, Regionally, and Locally** to all states within the U.S. Each order is carefully packed to ensure you receive the same freshness and mouthwatering flavor you’d expect from our restaurant.

 **Shipping & Delivery**

* **Shipping Methods:**

  All crabs are shipped via **Next Day Air** or **Next Day Ground** (*Next Day Ground available for local deliveries only*).

  This ensures optimal freshness and safety for all perishable products.

* **Delivery Days:**

  Deliveries are available **Tuesday through Saturday** only.

  *No deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.*

  An **additional surcharge applies** for Saturday deliveries.

  *(Note: As of now, Saturday delivery is currently unavailable.)*

* **Order Cut-off Time:**

  Orders must be placed by **4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday**

  Orders can be placed online 24/7.

* **Processing Time:**

  Please allow **1–2 business days** for processing. Once processed, your order will ship via your selected method.

* **Delivery Times:**

  Next day orders will ship out as soon as they are processed, guaranteed delivery times vary by destination ZIP code.

#### **Packaging & Fresh Pack System**

We’ve developed our own *Fresh Pack System* that keeps crabs cool for at least **48 hours** during transit.

* Crabs are packed fresh in **insulated Styrofoam containers** with **gel packs**

* Specialized cold-holding materials ensure your order arrives in top condition

* **Packing Material Fee:** \$13 per order

Shipping costs vary based on **order size, weight, and destination**. We always strive to offer the **lowest possible rates** for our customers.
